About Ann Gushurst
Ann Gushurst has been practicing exclusively in Family Law for most of her law career, and her current practice is a mixture of litigation, collaboration and mediation. While Ann is a superb litigator, she always tries to steer cases to more collaborative solutions in order to minimize the emotional and financial toll inflicted by prolonged family conflict. Additionally, Ann is a trained mediator and has an active mediation practice.
Since joining Griffiths Law in 2005 as a shareholder, Ann has been responsible for the firm’s research and appellate work, and currently runs the ongoing in-house training. She is on the Family Law Executive Council of the state bar association and edits the statewide Family Law Newsletter. In 2014 and 2015, Ann won multiple awards for her ground-breaking work on marriage equality litigation including being named one of Law Week’s attorneys of the year.
“In Collaboration, we focus on finding solutions that work for everyone.”
